Run better, train smarter, run faster and avoid injury!
Running is becoming more and more popular locally and nationally which is great as it is a fantastic and accessible form of fitness, regardless of whether you walk or run. It gets you outside in the fresh air, improves mental wellbeing and can help you make life-long friends.
However, many runners we see suffer from ongoing injuries or just can't seem to improve their times. Running, although accessible, isn't just as simple of putting one foot in front of the other.
The body dissipates significant force as you run and if there are issues with your technique this can build over time and cause ongoing injury. Unless the cause of the injury is resolved, it is likely it will keep re-occuring and most of us know how grumpy an injured runner can be!
Adrian qualified in this analytical and remedial discipline in 2018 and because he believes in helping people from a place of authenticity, he put himself through the programme to enable him to offer clients personal insight.
The programme has been transformational and Adrian has completed his Running Technique Specialist qualification which has increased the depth and scope of services on offer to runners.
